Emerald Sony Ericsson TM506 with Family Allowances

I'm trying to buy the pieces that I need to run cables from two radios, each with 1/8-inch mono phone plugs to the mixing board, which has 1/4-inch mono phone plugs.  I also want to run the output of the mixing board, two 1/4 inch mono phone plugs, to the computer which has an 1/8 inch phone plug.

I have several cables, including one with a 1/4 inch mono plug on one end and a 1/4 inch stereo plug on the other.  I also have a loose 1/4-inch mono phone plug and an 1/8 inch mono phone plug.

I could go two different ways with the connection from the sound board to the computer.  If I can get a 2x1/4-inch mono plug to 1/8-inch stereo plug adaptor, then I need that plus a stereo extension cable.  If I can't get that, then I need two mono plugs and a stereo plug.  I think I'd prefer to buy a stereo extension cable, in any case.  The list includes what I need to build the adapter.
