---++ Slow Cooker Chicken Chili ---+++ Ingredients * 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs * 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes (optionally with green chilies) undrained * 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce * 1 package (1 ounce) Old El PasoŽ chili seasoning mix * 2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) hominy or Posole, drained * Sour cream, if desired ---+++ Procedure 1 Place chicken in green crock pot, mix tomatoes, sauce and seasoning and pour over chicken. 2 Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours 3 Stir to break up chicken.
