Slow Cooker Winter Warm Pork
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 3/4 tsp thyme, divided
- 2 lb pork roast
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp salt, divided
PREPARATION
- Put produce into slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, half of thyme and stir.
- Spread mustard, remaining salt and thyme over meat and put into slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Spoon onions, apples, mushrooms and any extra liquid into bowls and layer sliced meat on top.
