---++ Slow Cooker Winter Warm Pork ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 8 oz sliced mushrooms * 1 large onion, sliced * 1 apple, chopped * 3/4 tsp thyme, divided * 2 lb pork roast * 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard * 2 tsp salt, divided ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Put produce into slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, half of thyme and stir. 1. Spread mustard, remaining salt and thyme over meat and put into slow cooker. 1. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours. 1. Spoon onions, apples, mushrooms and any extra liquid into bowls and layer sliced meat on top.
