Soy-Lemon Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c tamari
- 1 c Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp canola oil
- 4 loin pork chops
PREPARATION
- Combine everything but pork chops in a gallon zipper bag
- Add chops, making sure they get marinade on all sides. Seal, getting out as much air as possible.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place chops in baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
