Spaghetti Squash Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
- 2 c marinara
- 1 spaghetti squash, cooked, stranded
- 1 c ricotta
- 1/4 c Parmesan
- 1 1/2 c mozzarella
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 375.
- In brownie pan, put 1 c marinara.
- Add spaghetti squash.
- Top with ricotta.
- Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp parmesan, and half of mozzarella.
- Add remaining sauce, then parmesan and mozzarella
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the edges bubble.
- Uncover, cook 5 minutes longer.
