---++ Spaghetti Squash in the Microwave
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 spaghetti squash
   * 1/2 c water
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Cut squash in half lengthwise
   1. Carefully scrape out seeds with a spoon
   1. Place one half in casserole.
   1. Pour water into hollow of squash half.
   1. Cover with other squash half.
   1. Cook on HIGH for ten minutes or until soft.
   1. If there is water left, drain it.
   1. Use fork to strand squash.
