---++ Steak & Cheddar Melt ---+++ Ingredients * 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef * 1 box Hamburger HelperŪ Cheddar cheese melt * 1 2/3 cups milk * 1 cup hot water * 2 Tbsp steak sauce * 1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained * 1 can (2.8 oz) French-fried onions ---+++ Preparation 1 In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. 2 Stir in uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, milk, hot water, the steak sauce and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat. 3 Top with onions.
