   * 2 Tbsp white wine Vinaigrette
   * 2/3 c corn kernels
   * 2-3 oz steak, sliced thinly
   * 1 scallion, chopped
   * 2 c butter lettuce, torn into pieces
   * 2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
