INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 c veggie broth
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
PREPARATION
- Heat oil in large skillet on med.
- Add garlic and bok choy.
- Cover, cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Add to skillet; stir and cook 2 minutes until thickened.
