---++ Stuffed Shells ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1 box spinach, thawed, squeezed * 1 16-oz container cottage cheese * 1 onion, chopped * 1 egg white * 1 envelope Italian dressing mix * 1 c mozzarella shreds * 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked, cooled * 1.5 c traditional pasta sauce ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 425 1. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, onion, egg white and dressing mix. 1. Stir in 1/2 c mozzarella. 1. Spread 3/4 c sauce in 13" x 9" baking pan. 1. Spoon spinach mixture into shells and place on sauce in pan. 1. Top with remaining sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 c mozzarella 1. Cover with foil. 1.
