---++ Sugar Cookies
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 3/4 c AP flour
   * 1 tsp baking soda
   * 1/2 tsp baking powder
   * 1 c (2 sticks) softened butter
   * 1 1/2 c sugar
   * 1 egg
   * 1 tsp vanilla
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 375.
   1. In small mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder.
   1. In a large mixing bow, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
   1. Beat in egg and vanilla.
   1. Gradually blend in dry ingredients.
   1.  Roll rounded teaspoonfuls into balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
   1. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden.
   1. Let stand on cookie sheet 2 minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.
