Sunday Gravy
INGREDIENTS
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp rosemary, mortared
- 3 strips orange zest
- 2 lbs pork, cut into chunks
- 1 lb beef, in one piece
- 3 pieces sweet Italian sausage
- 3 pieces hot Italian sausage
PREPARATION
- In large crock, stir together everything but the meat.
- Add meat and stir to coat
- Cook on low for 7 hours or until meat is falling apart.
- Serve over pasta.
