SweetAndSourChicken < GuthrieFamily

Ingredients
| 1 flat chicken breasts or tenders cut up or meat from one rotisserie chicken |
| 1 onion, chopped |
| 1 envelope onion soup mix |
| 1/2 bottle russian dressing |
| 1 jar apricot preserves |
| 1 box rice |

Cook the chicken with the onion.  If using rotisserie chicken, cook just the onion till wilted then add the chicken.  Add salad dressing, soup mix and preserves and stir.   meanwhile cook rice.
