---++ Sweet Chicken Bacon Bites
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces.
   * 8-12 slices thin bacon, cut in halves or thirds
   * 3/4 c brown sugar
   * salt and pepper
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 350
   1. Line a baking pan with foil, and place a rack on it.
   1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
   1. Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon.  The bacon will stick without a toothpick.
   1. Place brown sugar on plate.
   1. Roll wrapped chicken in sugar; place on prepared pan.
   1. Bake 45 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
