---++ Taco Soup

*Ingredients*
| 1 lb | ground beef, turkey or chicken, browned & drained |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 2 15 oz cans | kidney beans | 
| 2 15 oz cans | pinto beans |
| 2 15 oz cans | corn _undrained_ |
| 1 28 oz can | diced tomatoes _undrained_ |
| 1 14 oz can | Rotel |
| 1 packet | taco seasoning |
| 1 packet | ranch seasoning |
| | cheese |
| | sour cream |

Put meat and onion in crock, drain and rinse beans and add.  Add other cans and seasoning packets, stir.  Cook on low for 8 hours.  Serve with cheese and sour cream.
