Tandoori Chicken Pieces
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp jar garlic
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 8 thighs or drumsticks or 4 leg quarters
PREPARATION
- Heat spices in small skillet until fragrant.
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in gallon zipper bag.
- Add chicken and shake to coat all pieces.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Grease crockpot or spray with cooking spray.
- Empty bag into crockpot.
- Cook on LOW for 7 hours.
- Serve with rice.
