Teriyaki Noodle Soup
INGREDIENTS (makes 3)
- 3 tsp beef base
- 3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 9 oz cooked, shredded chicken
- 1.5 c cooked Ramen noodles
- shaved or shredded carrots
- chopped cabbage or bok choy
PREPARATION
To make
- Divide beef base, teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic between 3 microwavable pint containers
- Layer with chicken, noodles, carrots and cabbage in that order.
- Place lids on jars and refrigerate.
To cook
- Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, or run under warm water to warm.
- Add about 1.25 c water (nearly full)
- Microwave, uncovered, 2 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes
- Stir to combine
