---++ Tex-Mex Cabbage Beef Skillet with Cheese ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded * 2 Tbsp butter, divided * 1 lb ground beef * 3 Tbsp taco seasoning mix * 1 tsp dried minced onion * 2 c shredded Mexican blend cheese * salt & pepper to taste ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to (it says) 350 1. In oven-proof skillet, melt 1 Tbsp butter on medium-high. Saute cabbage until soft. 1. Remove to dish. 1. In same skillet, add remaining butter, then brown ground beef. 1. Add taco seasoning and onion. 1. If the meat is too dry, add up to 1/4 c water. 1.
