Tomato Basil Chicken w/Baby Spinach
INGREDIENTS (for each)
- 5 oz baby spinach
- 2 15-oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 packet Grill Mates Tomato-Garlic-Basil marinade
- 2 chicken breasts
PREPARATION
To Freeze
- Label gallon bag.
- Place ingredients in bag.
- Freeze.
To Cook
- Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken.
- Serve with pasta.
