---++ Tomato and Buttermilk Bisque ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes * 2 cans tomato soup * 2.5 c buttermilk * 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1/4 tsp black pepper * 1/4 c shredded Parmesan * croutons for garnish ---+++ PREPARATION 1. In red or black pot, on medium, combine tomatoes, soup, buttermilk, basil, garlic, and pepper. 1. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot. 1. Add Parmesan, cook 2 minutes longer. 1.
