---++ Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce
(serve over pasta)

---+++ Ingredients
   * 1 Tbsp EVOO
   * 1 tsp garlic
   * 1 can Progresso Recipe Starter Fire Roasted Tomato
   * 2 Tbsp vodka
   * 1/4 c whipping cream

---+++ Procedure
   * Cook garlic in EVOO over medium for 1 minute
   * Carefully add tomato sauce and vodka, heat to boiling.
   * Reduce heat to low and add cream, stirring constantly until hot.
