---++ Turkey Breast ---+++ Ingredients * 4-6 lb turkey breast (bone in or out) * salt * pepper * 1 onion, chopped coarsely * 1 stick butter * 2 c white wine ---+++ Preparation Use green or black crock. Season turkey liberally with salt & pepper and put into the crock. Add onion, putting it all around and under. Add pieces of butter and then pour the wine over top. Cook on low 7-9 hours.
