Tuscan Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Tuscan seasoning
PREPARATION
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and Tuscan seasoning; place in slow cooker.
- Pour tomatoes over top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
- Serve with spaghetti squash.
