Ultimate Mashed Potatoes 
 INGREDIENTS 
 
-  5 large russet potatoes
  -  1 clove garlic, peeled
  -  1 lb bacon, diced
  -  1 bundle leeks, cleaned and chopped
  -  2 Tbsp butter
  -  1/4 c white wine
  -  1 c heavy cream
  -  1 c shredded Parmesan
 
 
 PREPARATION 
 
-  Chunk potatoes and put them, with garlic clove, in pot with water to cover.
  -  Bring to a boil and cook about 20 minutes or until tender.
  -  Meanwhile, fry bacon till crisp and drain on paper towels.
  -  Wipe out skillet.  Saute leeks in butter and wine.  Set aside but do not drain.
  -  When potatoes are done, drain them, Mash, adding as much heavy cream as you like.  Add bacon, leeks, and Parmesan.
