| 1 large head cabbage, shredded | | 1.5 lbs ground beef | | 1 onion, chopped | | 1 c. quick-cooking rice | | 1 large can tomato soup | | salt & pepper to taste | Combine onion, beef and rice, and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 1.5" balls and place in cooking pot. Spread cabbage over balls. Combine tomato soup and 1/4-1/3 can of water in a large measuring cup or small bowl and pour over cabbbage. Heat on medium high to boiling, then simmer on medium, covered, for 25 minutes.
