Veggie Cheese Soup
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg california veggies
- 2 cans broth
- 3/4 lb process cheese
PREPARATION
- Put broth and veggies in red pot.
- Cover, bring to boil on medium-high; boil ten minutes.
- Mash or puree veggies to desired consistency
- Add cheese, cook 5 minutes or until melted.
