---++ Vernor's Roast Beef ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 3 lb beef roast * 1/2 c flour * 1 envelope dry onion soup mix * 1 envelope 1-c brown gravy mix * 2 c Vernor's ginger ale ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Coat the roast with flour, reserving any that doesn't stick. 1. Place roast in slow cooker. 1. Combine remaining flour, soup mix and gravy mix in a bowl. 1. Add ginger ale, mix well. 1.
