Watermelon Fudge
INGREDIENTS
- 1 12-oz bag white chocolate chips
- 1 can vanilla frosting
- 1/2-1 tsp watermelon flavoring
- pink and green food coloring
- 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
PREPARATION
- Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray
- Melt chips in microwave in 15 second bursts.
- Stir in frosting and flavor.
- Measure out 3/4 c mixture and tint green
- Spread in prepared pan; freeze 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, measure 1/2 c mixture; reserve.
- Tint remaining mixture pink.
- Spread white mixture on green mixture; freeze 5 minutes.
- Spread pink mixture over white mixture; sprinkle with mini-chips, pressing lightly.
- Chill for 30 minutes before cutting into triangles.
