---++ Watermelon Fudge
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 12-oz bag white chocolate chips
   * 1 can vanilla frosting
   * 1/2-1 tsp watermelon flavoring
   * pink and green food coloring
   * 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray
   1. Melt chips in microwave in 15 second bursts.
   1. Stir in frosting and flavor.
   1. Measure out 3/4 c mixture and tint green
   1. Spread in prepared pan; freeze 5 minutes.
   1. Meanwhile, measure 1/2 c mixture; reserve. 
   1. Tint remaining mixture pink.
   1. Spread white mixture on green mixture; freeze 5 minutes.
   1. Spread pink mixture over white mixture; sprinkle with mini-chips, pressing lightly.
   1. Chill for 30 minutes before cutting into triangles.
