Wilted Spinach with Garlic and Oil
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb spinach
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 4 tsp jar garlic
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
PREPARATION
- Heat pan on medium. When hot, add olive oil. Tilt pan to coat.
- Add garlic, cook for one minute.
- Add spinach in bunches. Toss with tongs, when it's wilted, add in more.
- When almost wilted, add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
