---++ Amazing Tamale Pork
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1.5 lbs pork, cubed
   * 1 bag frozen chopped onions
   * 1.5 tsp seasoned salt
   * 2 eggs
   * 2/3 c milk
   * 2 boxes corn muffin mix
   * 2 c shredded cheddar
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Spray medium crock with cooking spray
   1. Combine pork, onions and salt in crock.
   1. Toss to coat; make single layer on the bottom and stack up on sides.
   1. In medium bowl, beat eggs with whisk. 
   1. Add muffin mix, then cheese.
   1. Pour into well in crock, leaving a 2" border -- the meat will prevent burning.
   1. Cover, cook on LOW 7-8 hours until edges of corn mixture are brown.
