---++ Apricot Chicken

*Ingredients*
| 1 flat | chicken breasts |
| 1 jar (18oz) | apricot preserves |
| 1.5 tsp | dried onion |
| 1.5 Tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1.5 Tbsp | soy sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | ginger |
| | crushed red pepper flakes (optional) |

Put the chicken in the slow cooker.  In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over chicken.  Cook on low 6-8 hours.  Serve with rice.
