Apricot & Tarragon Pork Chops
Ingredients
| 2 |
onions, peeled and cut into 8 wedges |
| 1 6oz bag |
dried apricots |
| 4 |
pork chops |
| |
garlic salt |
| |
pepper |
| 1 can |
cream of celery soup |
| 3/4 c |
apricot preserves |
| 1 T |
tarragon |
Place onions and apricots in crock.
Season chops with garlic salt & pepper, place in crock
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops in crock.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
