Asian FIsh Taco Bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 1.5 lb tilapia, cut into 1" strips
  • 2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pkt shake & bake for pork
  • 1/2 c Asian toasted sesame salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/3 c chopped dry roasted peanuts

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 375 (425 for our oven). Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Moisten fish with teriyaki sauce then coat with coating mix.
  3. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes.
  4. Mix dressing and mayonnaise. Mix with coleslaw mix and nuts.
  5. Place slaw mixture in bowls, top with fish.
