Bacon and Beef Chili

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb ground beef
• 7 sliced bacon, diced
• 1 Tbsp garlic powder
• 2 Tbsp chili powder
• 2 Tbsp paprika
• pinch cayenne
• 2 tsp cumin
• 2 red bell peppers, diced
• 2 tsp jar garlic
• 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 can roasted tomatoes
• grated cheese

PREPARATION

1. Cook bacon on medium until crisp
2. add peppers and garlic and cook 5 minutes
3. Add ground beef and spices, cook until beef is browned.
4. Drain.
5. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook till heated through.
6. Top with grated cheese or serve with grated cheese on the side.
