Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/3 c ketchup
• 2 Tbsp mustard
• 1 c shredded sharp cheddar
• 8 slices bacon, diced, cooked and drained
• 4 c tater tots

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to temperature on tater tot package.
2. Spray 9" pan with cooking spray.
3. Brown meat in skillet with onions, drain. Add ketchup and mustard.
4. Spoon into prepared pan, top with cheese, bacon, and frozen tater tots.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
