Bacon Ranch Pizza Sticks

INGREDIENTS

• 1 can pizza crust
• 1/3 c ranch
• 2 c shredded cooked chicken
• 1/3 c bacon pieces from a bag
• 1/2 c chopped scallions (1 bunch)
• 2 c shredded co-jack blend

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to 425
2. Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray
3. Unroll pizza crust onto baking sheet; press to spread into even layer.
4. Spread ranch over crust with back of spoon.
5. Sprinkle chicken, bacon, and 1/2 of the onions over the crust.
6. Top with cheese
7. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese in center is bubbly.
8. Sprinkle with remaining onion.
9. Cool 3 minutes.
10. Cut into 16 sticks.
11. Serve with additional ranch for dipping
