Baconnaise
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 c bacon grease, just melted but not hot
PREPARATION
- In blender, blend together egg, vinegar, and mustard.
- With the motor running, add bacon grease in a slow, thin, steady stream.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
