Baconnaise

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 c bacon grease, just melted but not hot

PREPARATION

  1. In blender, blend together egg, vinegar, and mustard.
  2. With the motor running, add bacon grease in a slow, thin, steady stream.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth.
