Baked Chicken Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
  • milk to cover chicken pieces
  • chicken tenderlioins
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp season-it-all
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut butter into a few pieces and put in 13'x9' baking dish in oven to melt.
  2. Spread melted butter in pan. If necessary, spray pan with cooking spray so there are no dry spots.
  3. Soak chicken in milk for 30 minutes.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in gallon zip lock and shake to mix.
  5. Shake off excess milk and shake chicken in bag a few pieces at a time until coated.
  6. Place in pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and then turn over and bake another 20 minutes or until cooked through.
