Balsamic Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

• 4 pork chops
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 Tbsp EVOO
• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to 400 (says 350)
2. Place pork in baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over pork, turning to coat.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
