Banana Bread

Ingredients for 2lb loaf

• 1 lg room temperature egg
• 1 1/4 c water
• 3 Tbsp oil
• 2 c banana cake mix
• 2 c bread flour
• 2 1/4 tsp yeast

Preparaion
