Ingredients 

| 2 lbs. ground beef |
| 2 small bell peppers, chopped |
| 1 large onion, chopped |
| 2/3 c. barbecue sauce |
| 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz) |
| 1 c. baking mix |
| 2 c. milk |
| 4 eggs |

Preheat oven to 400.  Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Cook beef, pepper and onion 8-10 minutes or until beef is browned.  Drain.  Stir in barbecue sauce.  Spread in pan.  Sprinkle with half the cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until blended, pour into pan.

Bake about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.  

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
