Beef and Broccoli Soup

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 bag broccoli cuts
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1/4 c soy sauce
• 1/4 c fresh ginger
• 6 c beef broth

PREPARATION

1. Brown ground beef, drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
3. Simmer until broccoli is tender.
