Beef and Cheese Rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 c spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb thin sliced roasr beef
  • 1/2 c French fried onions

PREPARATION

To Freeze

  1. Combine first six ingredients.
  2. Spoon 1/2 c sauce into greased square aluminum baking pan.
  3. Divide cheese mixture among beef slices. Sprinkle with onions.
  4. Roll up beef around cheese and place seam side down in pan.
  5. Pour rest of sauce over beef rolls.
  6. Cover with heavy foil.
  7. Label and freeze.

To Cook

  1. Thaw in fridge.
  2. Bake covered for 1 hour at 400.
  3. Uncover and top with more mozzarella and French fried onions.
  4. Bake 10 minutes longer.
