Preheat oven to 450F

Knead 12-15 times, but no more
Roll out to 3/4 to 1 inch thick
Cut with biscuit cutter
Knead bits back together, roll out and cut again
Brush both sides with oil
Bake at 450F until golden brown

blend in butter
Make a hollow middle and add milk until the consistency is right, stirrling lightly wit hfork
Mix only until a soft dough is formed
knead on lighly floured board
roll out gently with rolling pin
cut and place on baking sheet
back for 12-15 minutes
