Brownie in a Mug

INGREDIENTS

• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/4 c AP flour
• 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp unflavored oil
• 1 1/2 Tbsp water
• 1 egg

PREPARATION

1. Sift dry ingredients into small bowl.
2. Mix the wet ingredients in another small bowl.
3. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ones.
4. Pour into a mug.
5. Microwave 2 minutes.
