---+++ Ingredients
   * 10 tablespoons butter, melted
   * 250g granulated sugar
   * 85g unsweetened cocoa powder
   * 1/4 teaspoon salt
   *  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   * 2 cold large eggs
   * 1/1 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
   * 1/3 cup (60 g) or so peanut butter chips or other mix-ins (nuts, chocolate chips, caramel, etc.)

   * Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit
   * Butter and flour 8x8 pan
   * Heat butter, cocoa, sugar, and salt in a bowl over simmering water.  Mix until smooth and hot
   * Allow bowl to cool until mixture is warm
   * Stir in vanilla extract, eggs, and flour
   * Beat with spoon
   * Add mix-ins
   * Pour batter into pan
   * Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean
   * Cool and cut into squares
