Buffalo Omelet
INGREDIENTS
Filling
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp blue cheese
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Omelette
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp butter
PREPARATION
- in small bowl, heat cream cheese, blue cheese and hot sauce in microwave 15 seconds. Stir until combined and smooth.
- Beat eggs with water in another bowl.
- Heat the butter on medium.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Drop the filling mixture by spoonfuls onto one half of the eggs.
- When the eggs are firm, fold the empty half over the other half.
- Cover, cook for 1 minute on low.
- Remove carefully from pan.
