Buffalo Omelet

INGREDIENTS

Filling

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp blue cheese
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Omelette

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp butter

PREPARATION

  1. in small bowl, heat cream cheese, blue cheese and hot sauce in microwave 15 seconds. Stir until combined and smooth.
  2. Beat eggs with water in another bowl.
  3. Heat the butter on medium.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  5. Drop the filling mixture by spoonfuls onto one half of the eggs.
  6. When the eggs are firm, fold the empty half over the other half.
  7. Cover, cook for 1 minute on low.
  8. Remove carefully from pan.
