---+ Ingredients
| 1.5 lbs ground beef (half a 3-lb chub |
| 2 onions, chopped as fine as you like ... littler cooks faster and adds more flavor |
| 1 teaspoon garlic from a jar |
| 2 or 3 cans chili beans |
| salt |
| sour cream |
| tortillas |
| 4 c cheese |
Crumble ground beef and cook with onions and garlic until completely browned.  Drain fat.

Add drained chili beans and cook until heated through.

Add salt to taste.   

Serve on tortillas with sour cream and cheese (and guacamole if you're rich that week)

Instead of adding beans, use some sort of <a href="TacoSeasoning" target="_blank" title="Taco Seasoning">Taco Seasoning</a>, or use both. Maybe use refried beans instead of chili beans. Add salsa or hot sauce to the burritos.
